I began with a traditional Hungarian gulyás, which brought back memories of my travels through Budapest. The flavors were robust, showcasing the depth of the dish without overwhelming the palate. For the main course, I opted for a locally sourced duck, which arrived perfectly seared, accompanied by seasonal vegetables that spoke to the region's bountiful offerings. Breakfast the following day reflected the same commitment to quality; The range of local delicacies was commendable, with freshly baked pastries that melted in the mouth alongside artisanal cheeses.
